Issues fixed in HPDM 5.0.9.

• HPDM Console GUI is stuck and cannot be used. Caused by editing the Manage
  Dynamic property template. The errant behavior occurs whenever editing the Manage Dynamic property template on HPDM Console.
• The file transfer speed becomes very slowly via HTTPS after updating Apache to 2.4.54.
  Importing image via HPDM Console, or capturing a large file (> 1GB) from device, or capturing image with cached mode.
  The errant behavior occurs whenever using the HPDM 5.0.8 or older versions with Apache 2.4.54 or newer versions.
  If you are still using HPDM 5.0.8 or older versions and want to update Apache to 2.4.54 or newer versions, please download the patch https://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Patches/Apache_Patch.zip and apply it.
